As an industry leader with over 100 team members, and a growing multi-location footprint, we’re seeking a bold, results-driven leader. **What You’ll Do:** - Oversee all accounting functions: A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, and job costing - Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports - Analyze financial performance and project profitability; drive cost control strategies - Own and optimize the job costing process and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting - Collaborate with operations to align financials with project execution - Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance - Lead and mentor a small, high-performing accounting team - Implement process improvements and optimize financial systems **What We’re Looking For:** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus) - 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a senior or Controller-level role - Background in construction, restoration, or project-based accounting - Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP, and GAAP - Experience with accounting and restoration industry tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xactimate, DASH) - Analytical, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with a leadership mindset - Clear communicator who collaborates well across departments **Why Join Us?** - Competitive salary + performance-based bonus - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with employer match - Generous PTO and paid holidays - High-impact leadership role - Leadership development training - Work for a mission-driven, rapidly scaling company **Why Us?** At Paul Davis Restoration we’re more than a company — we’re a team, and we are a community.
