Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience leading the technical design and implementation of OT infrastructure and networking. Experience in industrial control system architecture as it pertains to network segmentation, standard protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, OPC, IEC 61850), and system administration. Experience in industrial control system hardware (e.g., PLCs, relays, IEDs, IO modules) and their integration with networking layers. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in Engineering or Networking. 5 years of experience working with facilities (e.g., data centers, power plants, or manufacturing). Experience leading OT networking maturation and improvement initiatives (e.g., secure by design principles, and segmentation strategies). Experience with OT networking design and integration. Ability to generate technical product specifications/requirements, conceptual schematics, and system architecture drawings to drive control networking system projects. As a Control Systems Networking Engineer, you will take on complex Operational Technology (OT) networking and infrastructure challenges to develop new technologies, and optimize processes to further increase our networking posture and networking infrastructure across products. You act as a technical leader in the design and strategy of our global data center infrastructure. You will leverage your deep expertise to define the future of our complex, facilities. You are a recognized domain expert in facility control and networking systems and have a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving long-term technical roadmaps.
