CONTROL PANEL BUILDER

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision and quality? We are seeking a dedicated and reliable **Electrical Panel Builder** to join our are assembly team. An **Electrical Panel Builder** at A&A operates and maintains stations to assemble, align and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures. **Electrical Panel Builders** will follow general guidelines for layout of control panels and wiring of said panels per blueprints. They MUST be able to read blueprints and comprehend them. Work hours are Monday - Friday (6:30 am - 3:00 pm) **Specific Duties** - Assemble electrical control panels and related items - Assemble components or units - Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly equipment. - Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications and quality standards. - Repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels. - Keeps daily assembly production records. - Maintains a clean and organized work environment. - Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager. **Qualifications** - High school diploma required. - Previous experience reading wiring diagrams and blueprints. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Excellent hand-eye coordination and a strong attention to detail - Ability to use half inch impact, wrenches and sockets. - Ability to stand for long periods of time. - Frequent stooping, bending, pulling and pushing. - Ability to lift, carry or drag up to 50 pounds if necessary. **About us** Accurate & Affordable (A&A) Machining, Co. has provided the Midwest with machining services for decades.
