The Opportunity We're building Australia's next generation of hyperscale and enterprise data centres, and we're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to play a pivotal role in bringing these critical infrastructure projects to life. Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Commercial, you'll be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of major project agreements from procurement through to execution and handover. You'll act as the central point of coordination across Procurement, Legal, Finance, Project Delivery, Engineering and our key vendors, ensuring contracts are commercially robust, compliant and executed seamlessly. This is a highly visible role where you'll influence the successful delivery of multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects by managing long-lead equipment contracts, supporting main contractor engagements, administering commercial events and driving strong contractual governance throughout the project lifecycle.
