Our focus is on finding the right fit—someone who brings the skills, experience, and enthusiasm needed to succeed while helping the organization continue to grow and excel. **JOB PURPOSE:** To process un-ratified and ratified contracts created between the Company and customers. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Performs data entry of all contracts, change orders, addendums and color selections into database - Process cancelled contracts and lot transfers - Copy and distribute contract to homeowner and other departments - Update contract, start, and permit information on Company Building report - Administers Builder 1440 system access, changes, training, and issue resolution - Establish, organize, and maintain lot files - Compile and distribute weekly and monthly reports - Perform new employee training of departmental processes - Back up to other departments, as needed **Knowledge and Skills** - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access experience - Detail oriented and organized - Strong multi-taking skills - Ability to work in fast paced environment - Problem and research skills **Education and Work Experience** - High School Diploma or GED - Data entry and file management experience - Previous homebuilding experience preferred
