Acting as the key point of contact for contractual matters, you'll manage contract administration, mitigate commercial risk, and provide practical advice to project teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to make a real impact on project outcomes and organisational success. **In this role you’ll be responsible for:** - Manage the end-to-end administration of contracts and purchase orders, including variations, scope changes, funding requirements, and contractual obligations. - Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring all projects are delivered in line with contractual and company requirements. - Administer subcontractor and supplier contracts, tracking performance, risks, key milestones, and commercial outcomes. - Partner with finance and administration teams to support billing, revenue collection, contract payments, and audit processes. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders on all contractual matters. - Prepare and maintain contractual correspondence, reports, records, and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Support contract negotiations, claims management, dispute resolution, and commercial risk mitigation activities. - Provide proactive commercial and contractual advice to project teams, helping to drive successful project delivery and outcomes. **How will you connect to the role?** - Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Economics, Business, or similar - Minimum 2 years of prior experience working as a Contract Administrator within a const…
