# # **Janitorial Supervisor- Full Time- 2^nd^ Shift** **Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc.** **I-70 Interstate Rest Stop Areas and Various Sites throughout – Licking & Muskingum Counties** **** **$250.00 Signing Bonus!** **** **Pay: $ 19.00** **** **Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday** **Hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm** **** **Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.** **Benefits**: - Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance available - 7 Paid Holidays - Paid Vacation - Job growth potential **** **Job Duties:** - Supervise, train, direct and assist Goodwill Employees - Comply with company policies, procedures, safety practices, and enforce laws and regulations - Prepare and coordinate cleaning schedules to meet contracts operational needs - Ensure all janitorial supplies and equipment are ordered in a timely manner - Maintain regular customer communication and respond to concerns and service requests - Maintain accurate records, log notes, employee files, reports and correspondence as required - Fill in during staff absences to ensure all cleaning requirements are met - All other duties as assigned **** **Basic Requirements:** - You **must** be at least 21 years old - High School diploma or GED required - Minimum 2 years of janitorial experience, with at least 1 yr supervisory or team lead role - Pass background check and drug screen - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Computer proficiency in scheduling, reporting and communication tasks - Have a valid Ohio driver’s license with clean driving record (Will be driving company car) - Work outside in inclement weather - Stand, climb stairs, and walk long distances for 2 hours - Bend, twist, stoop, squat, reach, lift 35 pounds.
