Contract Recruiter

We are seeking a **Contract Recruiter** to support high-volume hiring efforts in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in both communication and data management. This role will require hours between 8:00 AM EST and 5:00 PM EST. Applicants should be able to commute on-site to Columbus, OH. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for hourly manufacturing roles - Source, screen, and schedule candidates efficiently and professionally - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts - Maintain accurate applicant tracking and hiring data - Utilize Excel to manage candidate pipelines and reporting - Ensure a high-quality candidate experience in both English and Spanish. **Qualifications:** - Bi-lingual fluency preferred (English and Spanish) - Proven experience in **high-volume recruiting**, preferably in a manufacturing setting - **Exceptional organizational** skills and attention to detail - Strong verbal and written **communication skills** - Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams - Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment **Schedule:** - 20 to 30 hours per week - Flexible schedule with availability during standard business hours EST **This is a 1099 position.
