DLC is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our growing talent acquisition needs across the organization. This contract-based position will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for a variety of corporate and operational roles across multiple business functions, including Accounting, Property Management, Construction Management, Asset Management, Leasing, Marketing, Legal, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting across diverse functional areas within commercial real estate. This individual must be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. **Responsibilities:** **Recruitment & Talent Acquisition** - Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for assigned positions across DLC's corporate and operational roles. - Source, identify, and engage qualified construction professionals through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. - Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and compensation expectations. - Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries and recommendations to hiring managers. - Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process. - Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring construction positions. **Qualifications:** - 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the commercial real estate industry. - Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interviewing skills. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously. - Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing - Prior experience supporting high-volume recruiting efforts for growing organizations. **Engagement Structure** - Independent Contractor / Freelance Position - Flexible schedule based on hiring volume and business needs- ideally looking for 20 hours per week - Compensation structure includes hourly rate plus commission for successful placements
