ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking a first-class Contract Manager to support the ElevenLabs Legal team on a range of commercial contracting matters, with occasional involvement in corporate and other operational legal work. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues around the world to enable growth while effectively managing risk across numerous jurisdictions. In this role, you will: - Negotiate, review, manage, and track customer and vendor agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, amendments). - Maintain contract records and reporting through our CLM systems and DocuSign. - Coordinate commercial legal assignments by acting as an administrator for the legal team’s ticketing system through Ironclad - Support contract negotiations and assist with template/playbook updates. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review, acting as a key contact for the legal department by providing guidance on commonly requested edits, non-standard terms, policies, questions, etc. - Support the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing use of new tools and products. - Assist, on an as-needed basis, with corporate and IP filings, including maintaining records for U.S. and international subsidiaries (such as board minutes, resolutions, signatory updates). - Participate in special projects including corporate diligence, litigation matters, and compliance rollouts.
