Job Goal: To provide prescribed interventions and support to identified students in collaboration with teachers, paraprofessionals, and the Intervention Coordinator. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaboratively develop and implement prescriptive Student Support Plans aligned to student need. Provide high quality instruction to all assigned students based on their intervention plan. Develop and follow an efficient and effective intervention schedule. Collect progress monitoring data to determine intervention effectiveness. Work collaboratively with administration, teachers, other interventionists, Academic Coach and Intervention Coordinator to support the MTSS process. Maintain cooperative relationships with parents, faculty/staff, and leaders. Main effective and timely written and oral communication with parents, faculty/staff, and leadership. Maintain standards of confidentiality. Perform other duties as needed and assigned by supervisor(s).
