POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement & AI Intelligence Automation Lead to lead enterprise process optimization and intelligent automation initiatives across Trulioo, as part of the Transformation Office, which drives enterprise-wide continuous improvement, scalable operating models, and intelligent automation initiatives across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence, process redesign, and automation execution. You will identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, embed continuous improvement methodologies, and implement automation and AI-driven solutions that enable scalable growth. You will act as the front gate for continuous improvement and automation initiatives, partnering with business leaders, architects, and engineering teams to intake opportunities, build ROI-driven business cases, and deliver measurable operational impact. This position requires strong analytical capability, technical fluency in automation technologies, and the ability to balance strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on execution. This will be a full-time, permanent position, preferably working out of the San Diego office on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office).
