Contingent Worker Statement of Work

The role of the Contingent Worker Statement of Work Specialist is instrumental in overseeing the entire life cycle of statement of work engagements for our contingent workforce. From drafting and negotiating statements of work, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies, your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. ### Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate Statements of Work, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage the statement of work engagement process, including vendor selection, onboarding, and offboarding. Create and maintain accurate records of all active statements of work, tracking project budgets and timelines. Serve as a key liaison between the company and external vendors, facilitating smooth project execution. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the statement of work process, suggesting and implementing improvements. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure efficient vendor management and maintain strong working relationships. Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures for statement of work management. Conduct regular status checks with vendors, monitoring project progress and resolving any challenges. Prepare and analyze statement of work metrics and data for management reporting, identifying trends and areas for enhancement. Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new contingent workers. ### Qualifications Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor interactions. Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a role managing statements of work or contracts is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software for efficient documentation and reporting. Ability to work independently and manage confidential information with discretion.
