We’re hiring a Lead Restoration Technician to guide job site teams and ensure packouts, restoration work, and returns are completed safely, accurately, and professionally. **You May Be a Great Fit If You** - Enjoy leading teams and setting the example - Take pride in quality, organization, and accuracy - Communicate confidently with customers and team members - Thrive in hands-on, fast-paced environments **Qualifications** - 2+ years of experience in restoration, moving, or a related field - Experience leading crews or supervising technicians - Strong communication and customer service skills - Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physical environments - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - IICRC certifications a plus **Responsibilities** - Lead technicians during packouts, restoration, and packbacks - Coordinate daily job tasks and maintain efficient workflow - Ensure accurate inventory, photos, and documentation - Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy - Communicate job updates with management and team members - Maintain equipment, vehicles, and warehouse organization - Follow safety standards and company procedures - Support training and mentoring of new technicians **Why Join Our Team** Lead a team, build leadership skills, and do meaningful work.
