This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Inventory, pack, and transport customer contents safely and efficiently - Perform detailed cleaning of contents using specialized equipment and techniques - Document items and maintain accurate records of services performed - Assist with pack-outs and pack-backs at residential and commercial properties - Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas - Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members - Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times **Additional Responsibilities:** - Follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety - Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly - Assist restoration team with cleaning, light repairs, and job site support as needed - Support EMS crews with water mitigation, demolition, and job site setup when needed - Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented - Willingness to learn and grow within the company - Flexible and able to work across multiple departments as needed **Position Requirements** - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred - High school diploma/GED (preferred) - At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction - IICRC certification a plus, not required - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies** - Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance - Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics) - Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects - Ability to work with/around cleaning agents Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
