The Content Manager plays a key role in shaping the voice of the American Nurses Enterprise through compelling, strategic, and timely written content. This role is responsible for creating and managing high-impact editorial content across a variety of platforms, including websites, emails, speeches, social media, publications, and executive communications. The Content Manager will also serve as a trusted storytelling partner, curating and amplifying the experiences of nurses and leaders to elevate the Enterprise brand. This role will work in close partnership with the chief executive office, chief communications office as well as other confidential teams to draft and develop highly sensitive content. The ideal candidate is a gifted writer, a strong editor, and a confident communicator who can translate complex issues—including health policy and workforce trends—into content that resonates with both internal and external audiences. This role requires a passion for storytelling, a strong grasp of policy and advocacy issues relevant to the nursing profession, and a demonstrated ability to support senior leaders with speechwriting, remarks, and other communications needs.
