About the Role As a Contact Centre Operator – Donor Engagement, you will be a key point of contact for supporters, helping deliver exceptional donor experiences while supporting the smooth running of our Sunshine Coast office. Your role will focus on: - Delivering outstanding donor care through inbound and outbound communications, including thank-you calls, stewardship, and fundraising conversations. - Building genuine, lasting relationships with donors and supporters. - Maintaining accurate donor records and campaign data within Salesforce CRM. - Supporting fundraising appeals and campaigns to help achieve organizational goals. - Assisting with general office administration, including mail, supplies, and day-to-day office support. - Contributing to a positive supporter experience and a collaborative team environment.
