As a Consultant in Professional Services at Caseware, you will participate in the implementation of Caseware accounting, audit, and assurance solutions, owning delivery from initiation through go-live. You will be the primary solution expert on client engagements, translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable, best-practice Caseware configurations. You will manage senior client stakeholders, ensure delivery quality, and proactively mitigate project risks while working independently or as part of a team on engagements. In addition, you will mentor Associate Consultants, provide solution oversight, and collaborate with Product, Support, Sales, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve offerings. Consultants also contribute to pre-sales activities and the continuous improvement of Professional Services methodologies and standards. The Consultant will report to the Director, Professional Services. ❗This is an existing vacancy ❗This is a full-time, permanent position. ❗This role is remote and open to candidates who reside in and are eligible to work in the United States.
