Opportunity We are seeking a talented consultant with 2 to 4 years' experience to join our Brussels office in Autumn 2026. The role offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of Healthcare and Life Sciences assignments, contributing to research, analysis, client materials, stakeholder engagement and the delivery of public affairs and communications programmes. You will work alongside healthcare specialists and colleagues from across Brunswick’s public affairs, strategic communications, crisis and digital teams. Your work could range from supporting an innovative biotechnology company as it builds its profile with European audiences to helping an international life sciences organisation understand and respond to policy and regulatory developments. Across these assignments, you will contribute thoughtful analysis, clear writing and practical support, while developing your understanding of the sector and the issues shaping it. We are looking for a motivated and collaborative colleague with a genuine interest in Healthcare and Life Sciences and a good working knowledge of the sector's policy and market environment. You should be intellectually curious, comfortable engaging with complex topics and keen to deepen your understanding over time. Strong judgement, attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work will be essential, as will the ability to contribute effectively within a collaborative, client-focused team. About the Role As a Consultant at Brunswick, you will be at the forefront of our client engagements, playing a pivotal role in delivering impactful advisory services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Deliver insightful analysis on media, political, regulatory, and market developments, with clear recommendations for clients. Draft, edit, and manage client documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate workstreams and support colleagues in delivering seamless client service. Build understanding across different sectors and specialist areas. Help organise client meetings and events, ensuring flawless execution. Develop networks with peers and stakeholders to strengthen your expertise. Contribute to brainstorming and pitch preparation (including research and drafting). Think on a strategic and tactical level about client issues and account development. What We're Looking For At Brunswick, we seek smart and curious individuals dedicated to learning and growth.
