We believe the best way to show you what our team is like is to treat you like you're already a part of it . We hope you'll consider joining our team of experienced professionals who are building their careers at Kalles Group—and having fun while doing it. WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a hands-on technical role helping our client strengthen and operationalize the security of their member-facing digital platforms. This position is squarely focused on individual contributor engineering work — building, managing, and maintaining the infrastructure and automation that keeps critical security platforms running reliably and securely. You will work within a fast-paced security engineering team that owns everything from edge protection to member identity, with a particular focus on CDN and next-gen WAF platforms including Fastly. You will contribute directly to the team's shift from reactive to proactive operations — writing code, managing Terraform, reviewing and approving PRs, and helping build the operational foundation that scales with the team's growing platform footprint. You will also play a role in onboarding and mentoring offshore team members as the organization builds out its India presence. Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform across security and edge platforms. Own CI/CD pipeline work including PR creation, review, and approval processes in GitHub. Support the operational health of CDN and next-gen WAF platforms, with direct experience in or strong exposure to Fastly highly valued. Contribute to the security of the software development lifecycle by enforcing separation of duties, reducing vulnerability introduction through code, and following secure development practices. Collaborate with senior engineers and platform owners to support platform migrations and modernization initiatives. Help build operational documentation, runbooks, and processes as the team matures its operational model. Onboard and mentor offshore team members on platform standards and engineering practices. Use GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools as part of day-to-day engineering work. ABOUT YOU: Your values: Integrity: You believe in doing the right thing, even when it's uncomfortable, seemingly inefficient, or costly. Purposefulness: You have a desire to serve others with your skillset and an openness to continuous learning and growth. Ownership: You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations. YOUR EXPERIENCE: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in DevSecOps, infrastructure engineering, or a security-adjacent engineering role. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines — you have built, maintained, or actively contributed to them, not just managed teams that do. Working knowledge of Terraform — you have used it in a real environment; building from scratch is a plus but not required. Proficiency in GitHub — PR creation, review workflows, branching strategies, and collaborative development practices. Experience with one or more coding or query languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash, or SQL. Security-aware development mindset with an understanding of separation o…
