What We’re Looking For… We’re seeking a skilled Construction Technician to assist our construction team with renovation projects across independent living apartments and assisted living units. In this role, you’ll help remove furniture, appliances, and construction finishes; perform minor repairs and punch-list tasks such as drywall patching, painting, and hardware installation; and support daily construction housekeeping and debris management. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, and works well within a team. A high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least two years of construction or general maintenance experience are required, with appliance installation and customer service experience preferred.
