Construction Supervisor

What We’re Looking For… We’re seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team! This role is responsible for managing all phases of renovation projects, including coordination of subcontractors and staff, ensuring compliance with Shell Point standards and Florida Building Codes, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will provide daily oversight of remodeling activities such as framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and window installation, while resolving quality and workmanship issues and supervising construction personnel. Additional responsibilities include managing administrative functions such as scheduling, estimating, material procurement, safety compliance, and warranty coordination, conducting resident walk-throughs, and ensuring timely completion of punch-list items. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, supervisory experience, strong knowledge of construction methods and codes, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and at least 10 years of residential/commercial remodeling experience or 5 years in multi-story residential construction. Experience working in occupied buildings and with senior populations is preferred.
