Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world. ## Job Description **Turner & Townsend** is seeking an experienced **Construction Manager** to support mission-critical data center construction projects. This role focuses on construction coordination, contractor management, and supporting project delivery across all phases, with increasing responsibility during construction execution and commissioning. **Responsibilities** - Support day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with safety, schedule, and quality expectations. - Coordinate contractors, engineers, and vendors to support efficient project execution. - Assist in oversight of electrical and mechanical system installation and integration. - Support commissioning activities and system testing efforts. - Track project milestones and identify risks to schedule. - Assist in managing procurement and delivery of critical equipment. - Participate in site visits and maintain regular on-site presence during active construction. - Support constructability reviews, RFIs, and technical coordination. - Maintain clear communication across project teams. - SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. - 5–10 years of construction management experience, with data center or mission-critical exposure preferred. - Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. - Familiarity with commissioning processes preferred. - Strong organizational and communication skills. ## Additional Information ***\*On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs.\**** *Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
