About the Role: Crusoe is expanding hyperscale AI data center infrastructure across the U.S., delivering large-scale, mission-critical facilities that support America’s leadership in AI and high-performance computing. We are building at a pace and scale that requires construction leaders who can manage complex projects from structural build-outs through full interior fit-out and readiness for operations. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction - including site development, structural/base building, MEP systems, interior build-outs, and final turnover. You will manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and vendor relationships across large-scale industrial projects that integrate both core/shell construction and data-center tenant-improvement scopes. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at coordinating multiple trades, navigating complex technical requirements, and delivering high-quality facilities on time and on budget. What You'll Be Working On: Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior/TI build-out Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety Oversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changes Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards What You'll Bring to the Team: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred) Experience with large commercial/industrial projects Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems Proficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam Excellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills Ability to travel ~30% Bonus Points Data center or mission-critical experience Managed $100M+ project scopes Lean construction or sustainability experience Heavy MEP or electrical systems background Benefits: - Competitive compensation and equity packages - Restricted Stock Units - Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs - Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance - Employer contributions to HSA account - Paid parental leave - Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability - Professional development & tuition reimbursement - Mental health & wellness support - Commuter benefits (parking & transit) - Cell phone stipend - 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary - Volunteer time off - Global travel insurance & emerge…
