Construction Field Inspector- Bridge and Public Works

We're looking for a Consruction Inspector with transporation/bridges/roadway experience to work in Lake Havasu City on a long project starting in October 2026. ## Responsibilities Performing contract item inspections for ensuring compliance with plans and specifications on all phases of highway or bridge construction projects including but not limited to;earthwork operations, placing of base and roadbed materials, materials control at asphalt and batch plants, culvert construction, pile-driving, placing structural steel, erecting false work, forms and **structural** steel. ## Qualifications - Knowledge of contract documents to include but not limited to the Standard Plans and Specifications, varying types and methods of industry construction practices, - State safety orders, traffic control, field office engineering techniques, effective communication, both written and verbal and negotiation skills with respect to internal and external clients. - A minimum of five years of construction inspection experience is preferred but not required. The pay range for this position in California is $ 55.00 to $65,00 per hour. Base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
