Our team works collaboratively with public agencies and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable standards. ## **Position Overview** Dabri, Inc. is seeking **a Construction Cost Control** with accounting background to support the San Francisco Airport (SFO) specifically in the facilities services division. This position is responsible for providing accounting support for construction projects, including managing project financials, job cost accounting, accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, subcontractor payments, budget tracking, and account reconciliations. ## **Key Responsibilities** - Manage project financials, including job cost accounting, budget tracking, and cost reporting for multiple construction projects. - Track subcontractor payments, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation. - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections. - Review, code, and process invoices, subcontractor pay applications, purchase orders, and change orders. - Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, project accounts, and vendor statements. - Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, and expenditures, identifying and reporting variances to project management. - Prepare monthly financial reports, cost analyses, and project forecasts for management review. - Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. - Maintain financial records and supporting documentation in compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and accounting standards. ## **Minimum Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. - Minimum of **3-5 years of experience** in construction accounting, contract administration, project controls, or facilities contract management, preferably supporting capital improvement or public infrastructure projects. - Experience reviewing contractor invoices, verifying entitlement, and processing payments in accordance with contract terms, Purchase Orders (POs), Contract Service Orders (CSOs), and applicable policies and procedures. - Working knowledge of construction contracts, change orders, contract modifications, claims management, and project financial controls. - Experience tracking contract expenditures, commitments, and invoice status while ensuring compliance with approved budgets and funding. - Familiarity with public agency or airport procurement, contracting, and payment processes is highly desirable. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience using financial, ERP, or contract management systems. - Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to review financial documentation, identify discrepancies, and resolve invoice or payment issues. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, contractors, consultants, Finance, and Procurement staff. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience supporting aviation, transportation, public works, or other large capital improvement programs. - Knowledge of airport, municipal, or government contractin…
