# **Concrete Foreman** **TAB Construction** **Andes, NY** **Full-Time | Onsite** **$35-$42 per hour + Performance Bonuses** ## **Help Build a Concrete Division from the Ground Up.** TAB Construction is investing in the future by expanding our in-house concrete division, and we're looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to help lead the way. We've already made significant investments in equipment, forms, trucks, and the infrastructure needed to support a successful concrete operation. Now we're looking for a leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to help build a team known for reliability and craftsmanship. If you're ready for more than just another foreman position, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact. ## **What You'll Do** As our Concrete Foreman, you'll lead residential concrete projects while helping establish the standards and processes for a growing division.
