They’re required to always maintain a professional and polished demeanor, while behaving in accordance with the values of the resort. More importantly, it is their duty to ensure guests have everything they need during their stay. Creating art presentations and strategies that connect with the guest and ultimately drive revenue. Essential Job Functions: · Greeting guests · Strong organization and multi-tasking skills · Ability to stay calm under pressure · A willingness and passion to serve · Presentable and well groomed **Schedule:** - Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Sunday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM - Occasional weekday coverage preferred ## Requirements Requirements · Must have excellent customer service skills · Develop a strong knowledge of the Resort’s facilities and services and of the surrounding community · Working hand-in-hand with the Door Greeters and Bell Staff · Design and presentation of art in the gallery that educates guests on local art, artists and culture · Organizes special functions as directed by management · Processing all incoming art inventory, as well as caring for the established art inventory · Shipping and receiving responsibilities, along with packing artwork for shipment · Maintaining a positive working relationship with all of the resort team, communicating with upper management, and being accountable for all art related activities · Light housekeeping of the concierge desk and art gallery areas · Completion of regular inventories and shift check-lists · Ability to stand and walk throughout shift · Ability to lift 40 to 50 lbs.
