Concessions Server - Casper Ice Arena (part-time)

Assigned to: Casper Ice Arena 2 Part-Time Positions Available Hiring for shifts to include nights/weekends Incumbents are responsible for providing courteous customer service and cashier services while serving food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). REPORTING STRUCTURE: Receives direct supervision from higher level supervisory and management staff.1. Prepares and serves concession food, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a consistent manner in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. 2. Checks identification of customers to verify age requirement prior to selling alcohol. 3. Counts money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and there is adequate change available; follows City policies and procedures relating to cash handling and accounts receivable tasks. 4. Contains overuse of alcohol by customers by cutting off alcohol service; may be required to quiet a loud or obnoxious customer or require them to leave facility. 5. Stocks supplies such as food and alcohol inventory in a safe and efficient manner. 6. Maintains clean and orderly cashier station and performs basic routine cleaning tasks. 7. Provides general customer service and communication with the public regarding safety, policies, rules, and general information about the facility or event. 8. Represents the City of Casper by responding to the public, citizens, its employees, and others in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner while continuously maintaining a positive customer service demeanor. 9.
