Computer Information Systems Manager Senior (5453) (TS/SCI CI Poly) (Ft. Bragg, NC)

SMX is seeking a **Senior Computer Information Systems Manager** to oversee daily operations of enterprise mission systems, ensuring availability, reliability, and operational performance across a highly available classified environment. This role leads incident response, operational planning, and continuous service improvement. **This is a full-time onsite position in Ft. Bragg, NC.** **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** - Lead operations of enterprise mission systems. - Monitor system availability and performance. - Manage incident response and problem resolution. - Coordinate maintenance activities. - Lead root cause analysis efforts. - Develop operational procedures. - Coordinate change management. - Support configuration management activities. - Provide technical leadership to system administration personnel. - Ensure SLA compliance and operational readiness. **Required Skills, Experience & Education** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 10+ years supporting enterprise IT operations. - Experience leading enterprise operations teams. - Knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, and enterprise storage. - Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. - Experience supporting RMF environments. - DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification. - Active TS/SCI with CI Poly. **Desired Skills/Experience** - ITIL Foundation. - CISSP - VMware VCP - Microsoft Azure Administrator - Experience supporting Army Enterprise infrastructure Application Deadline: September 7, 2026 #CJPOST At SMX®, we are a team of technical and domain experts dedicated to enabling your mission.
