This leadership role is responsible for planning, directing, and improving revenue cycle operations while ensuring accurate financial reporting, reimbursement optimization, and compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. The Comptroller –partners closely with executive leadership to strengthen financial performance, oversee revenue analytics, improve coding and billing processes, and develop reimbursement strategies that support the organization's long-term financial sustainability. * * * **About Sheridan Community Hospital** Sheridan Community Hospital is a critical access hospital committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care close to home. Our Accounting team plays a vital role in our facility. * * * **Comptroller Responsibilities** - Responsible for creating monthly financial statements for the hospital and subsidiaries. Creates reports for Board, Administrator, and Management. Develops and creates other financial reports as requested by departments and Administrator.
