As our organization continues to grow, we're excited to welcome another leader to our CCSS Management Team. You'll join a collaborative team of three Program Managers who partner closely with the CCSS Clinical Supervisor to support employees, strengthen operations, and ensure outstanding care. Who You'll Support You'll support both children and families receiving behavioral health services and the Community Support Workers who serve them. You'll maintain a small client caseload while leading, coaching, and developing a team that provides services in the home, school, office, and community. This role focuses on developing people, strengthening operations, ensuring quality service delivery, and creating an engaged, high-performing team. What Success Looks Like - Develop Community Support Worker Leads into future managers through intentional coaching and mentorship. - Build an engaged, accountable, and high-performing team culture. - Coach employees through regular one-on-one meetings and performance feedback. - Support staff retention, engagement, and professional growth. - Solve operational challenges while improving team effectiveness. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development - Provide direct supervision for Community Support Workers. - Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching, and performance conversations. - Develop future leaders through mentorship and role-modeling. - Lead onboarding and coordinate field shadowing with Leads. - Identify training gaps and provide ongoing development opportunities. - Approve timesheets and complete supervisory administrative responsibilities. Program Operations - Assign and balance team caseloads. - Coordinate schedules and staffing needs. - Monitor service quality, consistency, and operational performance. - Support client engagement and retention. - Partner with the Clinical Supervisor on escalated operational concerns. - Represent The Community Lighthouse professionally with schools and community partners. Quality & Compliance - Monitor documentation timeliness and compliance. - Participate in audits and ensure compliance with LCA, NMAC, Medicaid, HIPAA, and agency standards. - Monitor team productivity, billable hours, and administrative metrics. - Support ethical practice and continuous quality improvement. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred). - Meet New Mexico CCSS education and experience requirements and/or hold an eligible clinical license. - Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience. - Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in behavioral health or related human services. - Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally. - Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and documentation skills. - English required (Spanish bilingual preferred). - Monday–Friday availability 8a-7p. - Clinical licensure is highly valued and offers opportunities…
