Standard work methods and safe work habits must be followed to ensure conformance to customer requirements. This position reports to a Value Stream Manager and works under the direction of a Team Lead. This is a first shift position, Monday-Thursday, 5:15am-3:15pm. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (\*Essential Functions) •\*Ability to successfully perform all tasks associated with the bonding process, including kitting, bond layup, vacuum bagging, autoclave setup, surface preparation and operation and de-flash with the appropriate level of supervision. •\*Accurately follow step-by-step work instructions throughout the bonding process (using a variety of computer systems). •\*Inspect all work in accordance with all applicable work instructions and shop procedures. •\*Perform all prescribed preventive maintenance (PM) on applicable equipment and processes as required per the PM charts. •\*Electronically record part parameters using measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers. •\*Precisely use hand tools such as razor blades, scalpels, hand sanders, as well as air/pneumatic tools. •Document material and process deviations through the approved Material Review Report (MRR) process. •Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action processes. •Comply with all OSHA regulations related to these operations including but not limited to safety shoes, hearing and eye protection. •This individual also has responsibility for the safe handling and movement of hazardous materials, including waste. •Other…
