Production & Operations - Plan, coordinate, and monitor composite repair and manufacturing activities. - Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards. - Effectively allocate labour, tooling, equipment, and materials. - Monitor workflow and resolve technical, production, and resource-related issues. - Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity. Quality Assurance - Verify that all repairs and manufacturing processes meet engineering, regulatory, and customer requirements. - Ensure strict adherence to approved repair schemes, engineering drawings, specifications, and maintenance manuals. - Review completed work packages, maintenance records, and supporting documentation. - Coordinate inspections and address quality findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
