We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process. **Lead Compliance Standards Analyst** | Salary range: $112,240 – $145,810 **Senior Compliance Standards Analyst** | Salary range: $97,580 - $126,795 **Join Our Reliability Standards Team!** The Compliance Standards Analyst leads SPP’s efforts to influence and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of NERC Reliability Standards and NAESB Business Practices. This role promotes reliability excellence by helping ensure standards are clear, effective, measurable, and support a reliable Bulk Electric System. Working across the organization, this position partners with internal subject matter experts to evaluate the impacts of emerging standards and policy changes while collaborating with SPP members, NERC, MRO, WECC, NAESB, and other industry organizations to influence standards development and implementation efforts. This role offers the opportunity to represent SPP in regional and national industry initiatives, develop strategic recommendations, deliver stakeholder presentations, and help shape the future of reliability policy.
