Compliance Coordinator

Location: ADMIN-HQ Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Compliance Department Manager, the Compliance Coordinator performs broad clerical and operational services for the agency’s Compliance Department and general administration department. The department provides critical administrative assistance that supports the coordination and monitoring of compliance activities for all departments of the health center to ensure the health center’s contractual, legal, and programmatic requirements are met. This includes providing administrative support in the department when working with key management staff to review written policies and procedures, review and centralize contracts, conduct internal audits and monitoring, provide staff training/education, develop corrective action plans, and investigate possible violations. This position also provides confidential support to the Chief Administrative Officer, in his/her role as a corporate compliance officer, as chair of management and staff committees, and as a participant in several organizational meetings, activities, and personnel or union-related matters.
