**Position Summary:** Responsible for assisting with compliance with the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) reporting requirements. This role assists with ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all HMDA reportable loan applications. Maintains quality service standards set by the organization. **Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)** - Associates degree or equivalent experience. - At least two years of experience working in mortgage operations or compliance. - Knowledge of the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act. - Knowledge of residential lending practices, compliance and documentation. - Ability to understand and interpret regulatory compliance requirements. - Well-organized, efficient, and able to prioritize work and meet deadlines. - Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate and complete work. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate and work with all levels of management and credit union staff. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** - Reviews residential loan applications to ensure HMDA reportable applications have been identified. - Conducts validation reviews of originated and non-originated applications to determine proper action and reporting. - Compares LAR data fields to source documents to ensure compliance with HMDA requirements. - Identifies, tracks, and corrects data discrepancies. - Ensures the integrity and completeness of all LAR data fields. - Participate in AML/BSA compliance training as assigned. Adhere to credit union AML/BSA policy and procedures including CTR rules and form preparation, identify and review suspicious activity, perform OFAC comparisons, and properly identify individuals in accordance with AML/BSA regulations. **Other Duties and Responsibilities** - Perform other duties as assigned. **Physical Demands and Work Environment** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Monday-Friday: 8:00am/5:00pm Saturday: OFF Sunday: OFF Full Time – 40 hours a week
