Who We're Seeking We're looking for an experienced litigation attorney (5-8 years) with a strong background in complex commercial litigation who is eager to take on sophisticated work as part of a collaborative national litigation team. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and takes ownership of their work. You'll have the opportunity to work on high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes alongside experienced litigators while receiving meaningful responsibility from Day One. You absolutely: Have 5–8 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters. Have trial experience. Are in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Are comfortable with multi-jurisdictional litigation, cross-border matters beyond just breach of contract. Demonstrate some experience litigating in federal courts. Can independently manage significant portions of a case, including drafting dispositive motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and supporting trial, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. Produce thoughtful, concise, and high-quality work product with strong attention to detail. Exercise sound judgment and proactively identify issues and solutions without requiring close supervision. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing timely updates and practical recommendations. Are highly responsive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple active matters simultaneously. Enjoy collaborating with a national team on sophisticated business disputes involving a wide range of industries. Be located in the Central or Eastern Standard time zone. Compensation Scale operates on a non-traditional business model designed to reward performance and collaboration.
