**Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities.** **Position:** Community Support Specialist **Department:** Residential (Pathways) **Shift:** Monday - Wednesday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday - Sunday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm. **Salary Range:** $22.86 - $30.47 (hourly). Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered. **Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Staff to join our residential services team. This position plays a key role in providing a safe, supportive, and structured environment for individuals in our care. The Support Staff is responsible for supervising and monitoring client activities, assisting with daily living needs, administering and documenting medications accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized facility. This role also includes preparing meals, providing transportation for clients, attending meetings, and completing required documentation. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, as staff may provide respite coverage at multiple facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively while ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents. **Working conditions:** This position works in an office environment/residential home.
