Community Pre-Vocational (CPV) Manager Northtowns CPV Hub Full Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm) $24.34 per hour At The Arc Erie County NY, we believe employment is more than a job- it’s purpose, independence, and community connection. We’re seeking a confident, hand-on leader to manage our Community Pre-Vocational (CPV) program in the Northtown's and guide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities toward meaningful vocational futures This is not a desk-only role. What You’ll Do: Supervise and mentor Job Coaches/Transition Specialists Oversee daily program operations and documentation Ensure regulatory compliance and service quality Support participant transitions into employment pathways Build community partnerships (internships, volunteer sites, business tours) Step in to provide direct support when needed What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a motivated professional who: Thrives supervising and developing staff Understands OPWDD and ID/DD service environments Is organized, compliance-focused, and detail-oriented Can balance administrative leadership with direct service support Leads with professionalism, positivity and accountability Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree + 3 years ID/DD experience Associate’s degree + 5 years ID/DD experience Valid NYS Driver’s License Supervisor or leadership experience preferred Why Join Us?
