**Position Overview** Provides installation planning, master planning, military construction, and facility planning expertise supporting the USARC G-3/5/7 Engineers. **Primary Responsibilities** - Develop recommendations for Real Property Master Plans. - Support MILCON planning and DD1391 documentation. - Conduct facility assessments and site visits. - Coordinate with USACE, Readiness Divisions, and ARFIs. - Prepare executive briefings and planning products. **Ideal Candidate Profile** This position is intended for experienced Army headquarters professionals capable of operating with minimal supervision in a strategic staff environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, executive-level briefing ability, and a thorough understanding of Army processes. **Minimum Qualifications** - Former Army Engineer Officer, USACE Planner, DPW Planner, or GS-12/13 planner preferred. - Degree in Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. - Secret clearance. **Preferred Military Background** Former Army staff officer, warrant officer, senior NCO, or senior Department of the Army Civilian with experience at USARC, HQDA, FORSCOM, IMCOM, Readiness Divisions, USACE, or other Army headquarters organizations. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** - Army staff processes - Microsoft Office 365 - Professional writing and briefing - Problem solving - Team leadership - Ability to work in a secure DoD environment **General Requirements** - U.S. Citizen - Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain if allowed) - Ability to obtain CAC - Occasional CONUS travel may be required **About Angayut, a Far West Federal Company** Angayut delivers mission-focused solutions supporting defense and federal customers worldwide.
