**Community Outreach Worker (Bilingual Spanish/English)** **Help build bridges to healing, recovery, and community.** Central City Concern's Puentes program is seeking a bilingual Community Outreach Worker who is passionate about serving the Latino/a/x community through culturally responsive outreach, engagement, advocacy, and connection to behavioral health services. As a Community Outreach Worker, you will serve as a trusted resource, helping individuals connect to care, navigate services, and achieve their recovery and wellness goals. **What You'll Do** - Conduct community outreach and early engagement activities throughout the Portland metro area - Build trust and meaningful relationships with Latino/a/x individuals and families - Connect community members to behavioral health, recovery, healthcare, housing, and social service resources - Provide advocacy, education, support, and resource navigation - Meet clients where they are, including homes, shelters, clinics, community settings, and places of worship - Support individuals in overcoming barriers to care and achieving personal goals - Collaborate with community partners and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and improve outcomes **What We're Looking For** - Bilingual Spanish and English required - Experience working within the Latino/a/x community - QMHA-R eligible through MHACBO or CADC-R certification required - Knowledge of behavioral health, recovery, and community resources - Strong relationship-building, communication, and advocacy skills - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team - Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the community **If you are passionate about community engagement, behavioral health, and empowering the Latino/a/x community through culturally responsive care, we want to connect with you!** **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Saturday & Sunday Off) **Location:** Puentes (215 SE 102nd Ave, Portland, OR 97216) **Compensation:** $23.86-$31.67/hr. *\*Final comp will be determined based on relevant experience, education, credentials/licensure, and internal equity.
