Community Outreach Associate - Entry Level

We are seeking a **Community Outreach Associate** to join our Marketing & Communications team and support public relations campaigns, community initiatives, and client programs. This role offers hands-on experience connecting with consumers, community partners, and corporate clients while developing valuable skills in **marketing, communications, outreach, and public relations**. ## Responsibilities: - Engage directly with consumers in targeted communities to promote client programs and initiatives - Represent clients at on-site events, outreach campaigns, and promotional activities - Distribute program materials and provide information to qualified participants - Maintain communication with community members and support participant engagement - Assist with public relations strategies, campaign development, and community outreach efforts - Collect and maintain participant information for reporting and campaign tracking - Support market research and identify opportunities for community growth - Build relationships with consumers, partners, and community organizations ## Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Passion for community engagement and public relations - Motivated to develop leadership and professional skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
