### **Community Liaison - Hospice Sales** **Location:** Mesa, AZ (East Mesa Territory)**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ### **Role Overview** Seeking a motivated, compassionate sales professional to build strong relationships within the healthcare community and promote hospice services. This role focuses on expanding awareness, generating referrals, and supporting families in understanding end-of-life care options. ### **Key Responsibilities** - Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and healthcare partners - Conduct regular outreach visits to referral sources to grow awareness and trust - Drive referral growth and support census expansion goals - Educate healthcare professionals and families about hospice services and philosophy - Guide patients and families through initial hospice conversations with empathy and clarity - Strengthen provider networks and support community engagement efforts ### **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience) - Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales/marketing experience required - Hospice or palliative care experience strongly preferred - Strong relationship-building and communication skills - Ability to work with clinical and administrative healthcare staff - Prior clinical experience is a plus - Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance required ### **Compensation & Benefits** - $84,000–$96,000 base salary (depending on experience) - $5k Sign On Bonus - Uncapped commission - Health, dental, and vision coverage - PTO and paid holidays - Tuition and certification support - Wellness and discount programs - Mileage, cell phone, and gym reimbursement - 401(k) with company match - Career growth opportunities
