Intern Project: They will assist in the execution of the South Bay Cities Council of Governments Local Travel Network Outreach Plan (including attending in person outreach events). This includes developing outreach materials, run of show, organizing logistics for upcoming engagement activities, including a ride -n-drive event. In addition, they will support with Clean Mobility Options program administrative work, including organizing off-site(s). Intern Project Key Deliverables: Assist in the execution of the South Bay Cities Council of Governments Local Travel Network Outreach Plan (including attending in person outreach events). Draft outreach materials, including content for flyers, presentations, and community feedback tools. Support coordination and logistics for public events, pop-ups, and engagement activities. Compile and synthesize community input and survey data into summary reports. Track outreach activities and stakeholder engagement in a centralized system. Develop a summary presentation or visual product capturing key outreach findings and highlights. Provide general planning support for related mobility equity initiatives. Support the team with additional Clean Mobility Options duties and/or responsibilities, as needed
