The position supports the day-to-day activities of the Collective by coordinating participant communications, administering community platforms, maintaining records, supporting events and webinars, responding to inquiries and assisting with reporting activities. The role serves as a primary point of contact for participants and supports the delivery of positive and organized learner experience by ensuring communications, scheduling, records and program activities are coordinated effectively.
