The program assistant plays a vital role in after-school programming for elementary-age students. Under the guidance of the Site Leader, this position is responsible for leading a designated group of students, implementing enrichment and recreational activities, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. The program assistant builds strong relationships, maintains effective group management, and supports each child's social, emotional, and developmental growth.
