Reporting to the Vice President of Content & Communications, this role supports the planning and execution of internal communications across the organization, including company Town Halls, internal webinars, executive communications, the employee intranet, newsletters, and company-wide announcements. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, organized project manager, and collaborative communicator who enjoys creating meaningful employee experiences. While the primary focus is internal communications, this role may also support select external corporate communications and public relations initiatives as needed. * * * **Key Responsibilities** **Internal Communications** - Execute the company's internal communications strategy under the direction of the VP of Content & Communications. - Draft and distribute company-wide announcements, employee newsletters, and executive communications. - Maintain the annual internal communications calendar. - Develop communications that reinforce RealManage's mission, culture, and business priorities. - Support communication plans for organizational updates, acquisitions, leadership announcements, and company initiatives. **Employee Engagement** - Coordinate and produce monthly company Town Halls, including agendas, speaker coordination, presentation support, rehearsals, and follow-up communications. - Coordinate internal webinars and virtual employee events. - Support employee recognition and engagement programs through effective communications. - Help identify and share employee success stories across the organization. **Intranet Management** - Manage and maintain the company intranet, ensuring content is current, organized, and engaging. - Publish news, resources, announcements, and leadership updates. - Recommend improvements to the employee communications experience. **Executive Communications** - Draft emails, announcements, presentations, talking points, and other communications for executive leadership. - Support CEO and Executive Leadership Team communications to employees. - Assist in preparing executive presentations for company meetings and events. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Partner with Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, IT, and executive leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging employee communications. - Support select external communications initiatives, including press releases and corporate announcements, as needed **Disclaimer** This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.
