This is an ideal opportunity for a communications professional passionate about entertainment, media relations, and building communities around influential brands. ### Accountabilities: The Communications & PR Manager will lead integrated communication initiatives that increase brand awareness, support business priorities, and strengthen relationships with key audiences. The role requires strategic planning, strong media expertise, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. - Develop and execute integrated communications strategies supporting launches, campaigns, announcements, partnerships, and business initiatives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Brazilian entertainment, lifestyle, business, technology, and trade media outlets. - Identify relevant cultural moments, trends, and storytelling opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement. - Collaborate with marketing, social media, events, partnerships, and global communications teams to deliver consistent campaigns. - Lead executive, creator, and talent communications, including interviews, media briefings, spokesperson preparation, and press activities. - Manage communications for premieres, conventions, screenings, fan experiences, and other high-profile events. - Support reputation management by monitoring media sentiment, identifying potential issues, and recommending communication strategies. - Measure PR performance, analyze earned media results, and provide insights to regional and global stakeholders. - Manage external PR agencies and partners, ensuring effective execution, alignment, and delivery against communication goals. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in public relations, media relations, and entertainment-focused campaigns. You should combine strategic thinking with excellent storytelling abilities and have experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. - 5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or entertainment communications. - Experience supporting consumer brands, streaming platforms, media companies, entertainment businesses, or content-driven organizations. - Strong network and established relationships with Brazilian media across entertainment, lifestyle, business, technology, and digital sectors. - Proven experience developing and executing integrated communications campaigns that generate brand awareness and measurable results. - Expertise in media relations, executive communications, storytelling, and reputation management. - Experience managing PR agencies, external partners, and cross-functional teams. - Background supporting live events, premieres, conventions, theatrical releases, or other large-scale consumer experiences. - Strong understanding of entertainment, anime, gaming, fandom culture, creators, and digital communities in Brazil. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Port…
