Position Overview To manage and deliver communications and public relations across internal, external, executive and all media channels. The role is responsible for developing compelling communications that support Lucid Motors Middle East priorities, protecting and enhancing corporate reputation, managing relationships with key stakeholders and media, and delivering integrated communications activities across all major business initiatives and milestones, portfolio and products, services and network, human capital development, Design and innovation, new product launches, and corporate engagements. The role requires exceptional writing ability, strong strategic judgement, and the confidence to advise senior leaders in a fast-paced and high-profile environments. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and deliver integrated communications strategies and public relations plans supporting major corporate announcements, financial results, product launches, strategic initiatives and business priorities. Communications Management: Develop and oversee high-quality communications and content across internal, external, executive and digital channels, ensuring messaging is aligned with corporate strategy and brand positioning. Executive Communications: Draft executive speeches, media messaging, briefing documents, presentations and thought leadership content for the Executive Leadership Team. Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with international media, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the Group's corporate reputation and profile. Programs and Projects Management: Lead communications planning and delivery for complex, high-profile and cross-functional projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Crises Communications: Support crisis and issues management by developing holding statements, executive messaging and media responses during operational disruptions and major incidents. Performance Measurement: Measure communications effectiveness and identify opportunities to continually improve communications strategies, channels and stakeholder engagement.
